Here's my review of the ebook, 21 Days to a More Disciplined Life, which is a book all about creating habits. Since habits are the foundation for all positive change it's a very helpful book for those looking to make changes in their life, especially the trait of self-discipline.
This Kindle ebook is a wonderful companion guide for anyone taking the 52 Weeks to an Organized Home Challenge here on Home Storage Solutions 101, because the idea of the Challenge is to take a big goal -- getting your home organized, and break it down into smaller weekly tasks to get it done slowly, without the project becoming overwhelming.
Similarly, this ebook is all about creating habits in your life that will let you accomplish big goals, slowly, over time. I love the saying, "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." Well, both the 52 Week Challenge and Crystal's book explore this topic.
