Here is a free printable daily time block planner that allows you to assign time for your most important tasks, daily chores, and for rest and rejuvenation.
Today's Declutter 365 mission is to begin using a time blocked daily to do list to plan each day.
Using this method for making a to do list allows you to devote time to your most important work tasks, household tasks, as well as make sure you're giving yourself enough time for friends, family, sleep, rest, and fun.
To help I've created the planner page you can get below. It has a place to add, in the right hand column, your 3 biggest tasks for the day, as well as up to 7 additional to do's, plus list up to 7 additional household or personal chores and routines you will do that day.
Since this week's focus is on creating morning and evening routines you could, for example, list as one of your planned routines, both your morning and evening routines, as well as other things like doing a load of laundry, cleaning the kitchen, the daily tidy up routine, or, of course, doing your daily 15 minute Declutter 365 mission.
Once you've filled out the tasks you hope to accomplish that day in the right column, now it's time to fill out the time blocked planner in the left column, assigning each of the tasks you've listed on the right into a time slot on the left.
Make sure you also, in the left time block column, have assigned times for things like eating, work, travel, going to appointments, as well as sleep and rest.
If you can't assign all the items on your right hand side to do list a time slot on the left then you know you've tried to tackle too much for the day and need to mark some items off your list. After all, you're a human being, not a super hero!

Once you declutter one type of item in your home I bet you'll want to declutter some more. After all, decluttering gives you a great reward for even a small investment of time and energy.
The Declutter 365 system is designed to help you declutter, over the course of a year, your entire house, with just 15 minutes of decluttering each day!
Hundreds of thousands of people use this proven system to get rid of their clutter, and bring peace and calm back to their homes.
Declutter 365 works to guide you to clear the clutter without overwhelm, focusing on just one small area at a time, and without making a huge mess in the process, so you see consistent forward progress without all that "messy middle" that makes it even harder to function in your home than before you started.
In addition to building a daily decluttering habit, the Declutter 365 program, along with the accompanying 52 Week Organized Home Challenge, teaches you the skills, habits, routines, and mindsets necessary to maintain the clutter free and organized state of your home from now on, so it'll never be as messy and cluttered as it is right now, ever again.
If you haven't already, make sure to get your copy of this year's Declutter 365 annual calendar here (it's FREE!), find today's date, and do 15 minutes of decluttering on the day's mission. Then, repeat again tomorrow, and again and again. Over the course of the next year, if you do this 15 minutes per day, you'll declutter your whole house!
Whatever room of your home you're trying to declutter you can use this generic room decluttering checklist to help you know exactly how to do it. The checklist helps you break down any room into smaller steps, to make the process less overwhelming, and helps you choose a good order for tackling these tasks.
I've done the hard work of breaking down these tasks into smaller more manageable steps for you, so you don't get overwhelmed or worry you're forgetting a task, and you can go at the pace you want, whether that's fast or slow.
In addition, you can tackle these decluttering tasks in whatever order you want when you use these checklists!
