Personal time management skills are something we all need to work on, especially if we're on a quest to get more organized.
That's why I recommend the Kindle ebook, Tell Your Time, as a good resource for those of us pursuing this goal.
Amy Lynn Andrews is a blogger, and she's also a mom herself and so this ebook all about developing personal time management skills is written with us busy moms in mind.
I like this description of Tell Your Time:
Tell Your Time helps you accomplish not only what's on your to-do list today, but what's on your to-do list for life.
Everyone seems to have a never ending to do list these days. You think, if I just could get a better handle on my time I'd be able to "accomplish it all." Well, I like this book because it helps you understand that getting everything done is not the goal of time management, and isn't even possible.
Instead, this book is about creating an intentional schedule for your time that meshes with your personal values and goals of what you want to get accomplished, not just what you think needs to get done because it has the closest looming deadline.
In addition to these tips and ideas for altering the way we think about personal time management, it has worksheets and example schedules to help you practically use the skills you'll learn.
Finally, I love the fact that the book is short. Instead of needing to read extra pages she packs a lot of information into what's there, saving you your precious time in the process!
